Social Responsibility

Overland Group will only work with production partners that can prove they meet or exceed our Code of Conduct.  Our production partners are routinely audited by external auditors.

Please contact us for a copy of our Code of Conduct and Procurement Policy.

As Overland Group’s core business involves the manufacturing of apparel, footwear and accessories, we believe we have a responsibility to the workers around the world who make our product. We pledge to uphold internationally recognized labour practices and human rights standards including volunteer or child labour, minimum wages, reasonable working hours, discrimination, discipline, freedom of association, legal requirements, approved labour agreements, no retaliation, safe and healthy living and working conditions. We believe these workers should be treated with respect and dignity, and not be subjected to any form of harassment or abuse.

Overland Group will make every effort to insure that proper labour practices and human rights standards, as well as pertinent national and local laws are being followed; and that continual improvement of living standards are being made.
